Wir haben dieses “bärige” [südtirolerisch für "toll" ] Foto von den Studentinnen im Dirndl der Hotelfachschule Bruneck erhalten und möchten es euch gleich aus mehreren Gründen nicht vorenthalten! Zum einen möchten wir uns nochmals ganz herzlich bei den Mädels und Jungs der Hotelfachschule Bruneck bedanken, die während den beiden Abenden anlässlich unseres Turniers, unter der Leitung ihres Fachlehrers, Herrn Anton Holzer, einen erstklassigen Service hingelegt haben! Super!

Und zum anderen befinden sich auf diesem Foto mehr sportliche Talente, als manch einer vermuten könnte: neben dem unter Curlern wohlbekannten Skip und Mitglied der italienischen Nationalmannschaft Joel Retornaz (2. v. r.) und seinen Mannen vom Team Trentino, die Italienmeister von 2009, lächelt noch ein anderes Sport-Ass im Dirndl auf diesem Bild: Julia Innerhofer (3.v.r.), italienische Junioren-Nationalmeisterin im Mountainbike und Gewinnerin der Bronzemedaille bei der letztjährigen Weltmeisterschaft!

Team Trentino/Retornaz & hotel management school students in "Dirndls"

Abbiamo ricevuto questa bellissima foto dalle studentesse (in costume, il cosidetto “dirndl”) della scuola alberghiera di Brunico ed abbiamo pensato di postarla sul nostro sito per due ragioni: una, per ringraziare ancora una volta i ragazzi della scuola alberghiera di Brunico che, durante le due serate in occasione del nostro torneo, sotto l’occhio vigile del loro insegnante Sig. Anton Holzer, ci hanno servito con tanta gentilezza e grande bravura. Grazie!

E poi, l’altra, perché in questa foto si trovano più talenti sportivi di quanto uno pensasse: accanto al conosciuto skip, membro della nazionale italiana, Joel Retornaz (2° d. d.) ed i suoi compagni del Team Trentino ci regala un sorriso anche Julia Innerhofer (3° d.d.), campionessa italiana mountain bike e vincitrice della medaglia di bronzo ai Campionati Mondiali categoria juniores 2011!

We received this nice picture from the students (wearing the traditional costume, the “dirndl”) of the hotel management school of Brunico and wanted to share it with you because of two reasons: first, because we once again would like to thank the girls and boys of the hotel management school for the great service they’ve provided at the two evenings during our tournament with the help of their teacher, Mr. Anton Holzer. Thank you very much!

And second, because in this picture there is more great sports talent than anyone would expect: next to the well-known Italian national team member, skip Joel Retornaz (2nd f. r.) and his team companions from Team Trentino, stays Julia Innerhofer (3rd f.r.), reigning Italian national champion juniores mountain-bike and winner of the bronze medal at the 2011 Junior World Championships!

Einige tolle Impressionen vom vergangen Wochenende: es war s..kalt, es hat geschneit, aber wir hatten einen Mordsspaß zusammen!

Le prime impressioni sul fine settimana passato: ha fatto un freddo inclemente, ha nevicato, ma… ci siamo divertiti un mondo lo stesso!

Übermorgen geht’s los!, dann läutet am Freitag die Curling-Glocke die erste Ausgabe des International Curling Open Air Tournaments – Südtirol Curling Cup 2012 auf dem Pragser Wildsee ein! Wie man auf den Fotos sieht, sind unsere Icemakers bereits emsig am Werk und zaubern auf dem Natureis des Wildsees neun Sheets (das sind die Curling-Bahnen, auf denen gespielt wird), auf denen sich nicht nur die Profi-Curler messen werden, sondern sich auch Südtiroler V.I.P.s beim Promi-Curling tummeln werden, und wo auch alle Zuschauer eingeladen sind, sich darauf selbst im Curling zu versuchen. Am Feitag, 03. Februar 2012 um 09:00 Uhr geht’s los! Wir freuen uns auf Euch!

Fra due giorni, sul lago di Braies, suonerà la tradizionale campana per inaugurare la prima edizione dell’International Curling Open Air Tournament Südtirol Curling Cup 2012! Come si vede nelle foto, i nostri icemakers lavorano duramente per creare i nove sheets (come si chiamano le lastre di ghiaccio su cui si gioca), dove per 3 giorni consecutivi lotteranno non solo i curler pro, ma dove si esiberanno anche tanti VIP altoatesini e gli spettatori tentati a provare a lanciare l’uno o l’altro stone. Vi aspettiamo questo venerdì, 03 febbraio 2012, alle ore 9 si incomincia!

Only two days left, and the traditional bell will sound for the inauguration of the International Curling Open Air Tournament – the 2012 Südtirol Curling Cup on the Lago di Braies/the Pragser Wildsee! As you can see on the pictures, our icemakers are already more than busy with preparing the nine sheets, whereon in the weekend not only pro curlers will compete, but also South Tyrolean V.I.P.s will gather and where all visitors are invited to try out this sport unfortunately not so much known in our area! Well, at least… not yet!

Wir freuen uns, auch die Südtiroler Sporthilfe mit im Boot zu haben! Am Samstag, 04. Februar 2012 findet am Pragser Wildsee um 16:00 Uhr das “Sporthilfe 25″-Curling statt, wo sich Sportler, Sportfunktionäre und Freunde der Sporthilfe auf dem Curling-Eis versuchen möchten. Wer mit dabei sein wird, findet ihr hier!

Siamo molto fieri di poter presentarvi un nostro nuovo partner: l’Assisport Alto Adige! In occasione dei festeggiamenti del 25° anniversario della sua fondazione, il sabato, 04 febbraio 2012, sul lago di Braies avrà luogo il curling “Assisport 25″: sportivi, funzionari ed amici dell’Assisport si danno appuntamento sul ghiaccio del rink!
